• Recruit, train and develop store teams
• Conduct on-the-job training & set good example to deliver the ultimate customer experience
• Strategize, develop and execute store action plans to improve store productivity
• Oversee and manage store operations
• Continuously improve operational performance in stores
• Scheduling staff timetable
• Assisting finance and HR in store monthly closing documentations

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in Retail store management
• Min. Diploma qualification
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Management skills
