Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure highest level of in-store luxury experience for customer all the time
• Resolve any customer's issue and complain
• Oversee store's operation, achieve operational goals set by the management
• Implement and execute effective SOP
• Head the execution of Clienteling programs to grow client's portfolio
• Manage a team of staffs, plan staff's schedule, ensure they achieve the sales target given
• Recruit, train, and influence the team to achieve ideal performance
• Deliver and execute the Annual sales plan given by the management
• Understand and analyze the business needs, productivity, KPI's and provide business insights
• Other ad-hoc duties required by the management

Job Requirements:

• A professional education certification in any field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role
• Independent, a team player
• Possess good leadership skills, excellent communicator
• Business driven, result-oriented
• Passionate in luxury retail industry, service excellence
