Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of staffs and plan staff's working schedule
• Oversees outlet's operation
• Enforce company's policies and standard procedures
• Responsible for the P&L of the outlet
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues arise to ensure customer's satisfaction
• Train staffs on outlet's procedure and provide them guidance whenever needed
• Ensure outlet's daily operation smoothness
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, documentation to HQ
• Work closely with Kitchen's team to achieve operational goals
• Recruit crew member for the outlet

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B managerial role
• Candidates with prior working experience in similar restaurant are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work at fast-paced environment and independent
• Proven track record in managing outlet's P&L

Other Information:

• Location: Central
• Working hours: 5.5 days work, retail working hours
• Salary up to $3500 + other staff benefits
