Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage recruitment, lead and manage employees, oversee operations, handle customer issue & complaints
- Deliver and execute on pre-determined Annual Net Sales plan whilst meeting budget
- Understand and analyse the business needs, productivity, KPIs and provide business insights
- Drive regular performance conversations at store and Sales Professional level
- Align resources to reflect the store needs traffic, client profile and product potential
- Identify and activate new client sources (3rd party/mall partnership) with a focus on HNWC
- Build and develop best in class client centric teams
- Manage efficient Back of House and ensure consistency with established operational procedures
- Always ensure highest levels of in-store luxury experience
- Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behaviour of all the staff
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years of working experience as managerial position in luxury retail sales or sales related industry
- Proven track record in sales
- Able to commit weekend, public holiday, and retail hours
