Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Planning Manager in budget control, project timing, and quality assurance.
• Assist in sourcing and negotiating terms with suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate external contributors, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, in accordance with company agreements.
• Ensure project progress and on-site works through regular site visits and meetings.
• Execute technical activities to maintain existing stores in compliance with local and corporate standards within budget constraints.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or any relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years in the similar role
• Excellent communication, analysis skills
• Good time and process management skills
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Project, and Office Suite
• Able to work in fast-paced environment

• Location: Central
• Standard working hours
• Salary up to $5500 (depends on experience) + Bonus
