Work Location: Takashimaya
Salary: $3,100 to $3,300 + Commission
Workdays & Hours: 5 days (44 hours) work week, shift rotation including weekends and PH.
Commission: Higher traffic at Takashimaya, average commission is about $1000 to $1200.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operation and perform individual sales target
• Lead and motivate the team, implement effective CRM strategies and ensure to meet the sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive continuous business growth.
• Act as a brand ambassador. Drive excellent customer service standards and implement strategies effectively.
• Monitor stock inventories in an effective and organized way.
• Maintain high standard of brand image and shop display in line with corporate guideline.
• Prepare reports for management review.
  Requirements:
• Minimum 3-year fashion retail sales experience
• Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is a plus
• Possess excellent communications, team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Result driven, customer-oriented with a positive mindset
