Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer receive prompt service and quality products
- Respond to customer's inquiries, feedback, and complaints
- Plan staff's schedule
- Inventory control and management
- Maintain store's product and service quality
- Oversee store operations, included: bulk orders, feedback, and complaints
- Manage a team of staffs, motivate them consistently
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certificate in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar role
- Independent, a team player
- Service oriented, good influencing skills
- Passionate in F&B industry
Other Information:
- Location: Island-wide
- Retail working hours, 6 days
- Salary around $2500 (depends on experience) + Bonus
