Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer receive prompt service and quality products
• Respond to customer's inquiries, feedback, and complaints
• Plan staff's schedule
• Inventory control and management
• Maintain store's product and service quality
• Oversee store operations, included: bulk orders, feedback, and complaints
• Manage a team of staffs, motivate them consistently
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• A professional education certificate in any field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar role
• Independent, a team player
• Service oriented, good influencing skills
• Passionate in F&B industry

Other Information:

• Location: Island-wide
• Retail working hours, 6 days
• Salary around $2500 (depends on experience) + Bonus
