Job Descriptions:

Reporting to the APAC delivery lead, and working in collaborative and exciting environment within our global SAP Deployment Team, your roles and responsibilities will be:

1. Be responsible for IT delivery of high priority business initiatives, ensuring that desired business outcomes are met
2. Assess design, applications and systems alternatives and provide recommendation to the client Business and IT Stakeholders
3. Produce SAP design options and recommendation to achieve business outcomes that function effectively within the overall SAP systems landscape, incl SAP and non-SAP systems
4. Be responsible for SAP solution oversight and assurance at design, build, test and go live stages, including overseeing our Offshore team deliverables
5. Contribute and/or assure the design and implementation of integrated applications to ensure consistency with the data models and standards to allow the business to maximise the opportunity for applications to integrate with core ERP platforms, data models and governance supporting business processes and reporting
6. Provide functional solution expertise and process analysis to support benefit realisation
7. Govern and maintain SAP module solutions for master data objects across the systems, to ensure alignment to the Business Data Strategy standards and requirements.
8. Engage with internal and external customers across the organisation to ensure technology enablement is aligned to the overall business strategy and project objectives

Job Requirements:

1. A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
2. Substantial hands on experience in SAP solution, integration and data modules, with ability to work independently in highly complexity areas, across SAP Modules, Master Data and Integration
3. Deep SAP implementation experience wherein you would have played consultant, team lead and manager role in delivering the SAP deployment
4. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a network organisation across multiple regions/time zones
5. Results orientated ability with excellent thought leadership
6. Excellent collaboration, influencing and analytical abilities
7. Demonstrated ability in building good relationship with key business stakeholders
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex business requirements to functional and technical solutions
9. Creative and innovative problem solving and logical and structured decision making
10. Degree in IT or any related discpline with more than 5 years of relevant experience
