Key Responsibilities:
- Support the overall strategy and execution of the Strategy, Planning & Insights function within the supply management organization.
- Drive strategic spend data capture across the APAC region to optimize revenue generation and operational efficiency.
- Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Deliver actionable market and spend insights to Category Management, Field Operations, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of reporting and analytics initiatives, collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Develop and maintain high-impact reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
- Contribute to monthly business reviews by preparing KPI reports, offering insights, and consulting with stakeholders.
- Support revenue tracking, validation, and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and support the development of data-driven strategies.
- Lead assigned projects, including end-to-end management of reporting and analytics deliverables.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices through continuous learning and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Reporting & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Strategy, Procurement, or Finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including stakeholder influence, planning, and accountability.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for various organizational levels.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and change management abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a global, matrixed corporate environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), procurement platforms (e.g., BirchStreet, Coupa), or SQL is a plus.
