Job duties:

• Dealing with daily operation issue to ensure manpower controlled well and safety issues
• Supervising production team consisting of skilled operators and technicians to meet the department's output, quality, and spoilage targets
• Allocating manpower in a proper way to support daily activities of the production operations to meet planned schedule.
• Monitor the productivity and monitor machines utilization and spoilage.
• Ensuring safety and 5S housekeeping standards and their compliance

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent and above
• 3 to 5 years production supervisor experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry

Location: Jurong Area
Working time: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 5.45pm)
