Job duties:
- Implementing current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDPs), Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), and quality standards
- Monitoring daily operation, troubleshooting, and ensuring improvement
- Managing quality control related staffs and conducting analytical testing & data review in a safe environment and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations
- Making sure Data Integrity and ALCOA principles comply under quality control laboratory operations
- Developing test method and verification for reviewing analytical & microbiological outcome
- Drafting documents with analytical method transfer exercise, validation, verification, and development
- Reviewing procedures for quality control lab
- Coordinate with all related stakeholders including new production introduction, manufacturing , and supply chain to provide adjustment and inputs to test activities to support all relevant department by tier processes
Requirements:
- Degree in any science related field
- 4 to 8 quality control experience in pharmaceutical, food, chemical or process industries
- Possess supervising experience in five to eight personnel in groups for microbiologists, chemists, and/or laboratory analysts
