As the Supply Chain Planner you will be managing the supply planning process, working with production and sales to manage stocks and bottle necks to ensure upmost efficiency throughout the production process.
Your responsibilities will include, but limited to;
- Executing weekly supply planning process and ensuring maximum service levels are maintained
- Building and maintaining relationships with customer to ensure on time delivery, working closely with both internal & external stakeholders
- Purchase raw material needed for the manufacture of a customised product range from across local & international suppliers, mainly local
- Establish targets for current KPIs tracking performance and taking corrective actions to improve
- MRP Planning for daily production
- Attending weekly internal meetings, being a key representative for Supply Chain
- Work to improve and simplify supply planning process
Your Background
In order to be successful in this role you will need;
- Singapore citizenship
- either a Polytechnic Diploma or Degree with a strong process and analytics mindset
- Experience with Excel and ERP systems is essential
- Proven ability to build and develop strong relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally, and to lead cross-functional groups to deliver superior customer service
- Strong organisational and planning skills including the ability to prioritise and organise work flow
