The service will ensure the digital solution operations stability, sustainability and the proper level of support / management, to enable business continuity.

• Manage and monitor site infrastructure.
• Provide solution admin support on NetApp storage file sharing.
• Provide application support including user account, shopfloor domain account synchronization, architecture specification maintenance and update, firewall flow matrix.
• Coordinate with global support in case of incident.
• Provide cyber security support on local applications/infrastructure such as patching, cyber compliance status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant system administration experience.
• Experience in Active Directory.
• Experience in incident management and change management
• Expertise/knowledge of IT infrastructure foundations:
  • Network
  • Firewall
  • VM (virtual machine)
  • Windows servers / Active Directory
• Good knowledge on application architecture
