Responsible for day to day management of Windows server systems and virtualization environment
Install, configure, maintain and support Windows Server operating systems, service packs, hot-fixes and security patches * Monitor availability, performance to ensure proper functioning of server systems and applications
Diagnose and resolve any system issues or problems
Act as technical consultant to the account and client
Monitor utilization and plan for server systems capacity upgrade
Assess systems management that will enhance the efficiency and reliability of systems administration
Perform maintenance activities, upgrades and patches
Plan and participate in disaster recovery tests and exercise
Establishes and maintains cooperative and productive work relationships with peers and helps to improve processes
Ability to work OT or weekends and standby duties due to the nature of project support and service level requirement.
Requirements:
At least 1 years of experience as Wintel/ Systems Engineer/ Server Administrator Obtained Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related studies
