Job Scope:
The incumbent plays a critical role in supporting the projects on launching of new systems, system integration and data migration by assisting in gap and data analysis, product rationalization and setting up tables in the systems. In addition, the incumbent may also be required to work with the subject matter experts to gather, collate and document the requirements for systems development and workflows.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Data mapping to facilitate systems migration and integration

  • Interpret data and analyze results

  • Set up tables and verify system tables

  • Gather and document requirements from the subject matter experts for systems build, data migration, processes, workflows etc.

  • Draw up workflows &/or processes to support the requirements.

  • Liaise and work with different functions and IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements.

  • Liaise with the subject matter experts to draw up the Users Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and test cases.

  • Conduct UAT and ensure that the testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality.

  • Liaise and work with IT teams on the defect rectification.

  • Obtain sign-off from business users.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or University graduate in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines.

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial industry.

  • Experience in data mapping and analysis

  • Excellent analytical and data visualization skills

  • Experience in Python is good to have

  • Excellent in Excel

  • Good stakeholders' management

  • Independently driven with ability to work well in large teams and provide deliveries with minimal supervision
