Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage technical and non-technical talents of all levels.
  • Work with the native Chinese-speaking hiring managers based in China to gather job details, coordinate hiring process, and manage through until on-boarding.
  • Translate job description and information from Mandarin to English.
  • Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques).
  • Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Be the ambassador of company's culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.


Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment function in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. LinkedIn, other social media, or forums) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space and output target company's mapping list.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Possessing international sourcing experience is a plus.
  • Business proficiency in oral and written English and Mandarin (min. B3 in 'O' level Chinese or equivalent certifications), to read and write content in both languages and liaise with non-English speaking counterparts.
