Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of corporate tax, withholding tax, and GST filings.
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation in compliance with international tax regulations.
- Manage tax audits and inquiries, including drafting responses to tax authorities and supporting periodic tax-related requests from headquarters.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to enhance and optimize current tax benefits.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, including IRAS, to facilitate clear and efficient communication on tax matters.
- Proactively identify tax risks and opportunities for cost savings while ensuring full compliance with both local and international tax laww
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in tax functions such as tax filing, audits, or compliance; prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Well verse in local and international tax regulations.
