Role Overview
To ensure the delivery of quality services provided to customers over company's telesales channel supporting achievement of revenue objectives of the business. Someone who has a passion for Sales management, providing great service and beyond the call of duty to develop the Telesales Team to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Telesales Team in the Contact Centre to market Company's products and services with the aim to meet business and revenue targets.
  • Develop and drive a sustainable commercial Telesales Team to meet revenue profit and business targets.
  • Lead, coach and motivate all individuals in the team to achieve their sales and non-sales targets.
  • Actively listen and probe questions to accurately identify any pain points for improvements.
  • Effectively handle customer feedback as first point of contact and aim to resolve situations with high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all feedback relating to products and services is escalated to relevant parties.
  • Work towards the team's objectives and demonstrate commitment to achieve business targets and personal goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.


Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in any relevant disciplines.
  • Relevant experience of at least 5 years is good to have.
  • Good People Management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proactive, openly, and respectfully challenges the status quo to drive change and improvement.
  • Understanding of the principles of Sales Management and Customer Service within a Contact Centre environment.
  • Experience in delivering targets within a Telesales environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage sales personnel remotely, demanding workload and effectively prioritize activities.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Insurance Certificates (BCP & PGI) is good to have.
  • Prior experience of the insurance industry will be beneficial.
