Responsibilities:
- Manage pipelines through sourcing, screening, and referrals for complex searches to engage key technical talents.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure business needs are met throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop a holistic business understanding, managing stakeholder relationships with HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate projects, and optimize processes for improved recruiting efficiency.
- Conduct complex data analysis, providing UpToDate market intelligence to support business growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (search firm or inhouse recruiting).
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (Boolean, LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis supporting business strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different offices.
- Ability to contribute in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
