Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in all audiovisual aspects of events, including sound systems, lighting, video production, and stage design.
• Ensuring seamless execution and exceptional quality of service delivery quality.
• Lead & mentor a team of audiovisual professionals
• Understand clients' audiovisual requirements and propose innovative solution
• Collaborate with event planners to deliver cutting edge event experience
• Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and inventory management of audiovisual equipment, ensuring that all resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on audiovisual setups to ensure flawless execution during events, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
• Establish and maintain relationships with audiovisual vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and equipment.
• Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for audiovisual aspects of events, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Keep abreast on the latest audiovisual technologies and trends, proactively integrating innovative solutions to enhance event experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in audiovisual production
• Portray expertise in sound systems, lighting design, and video production.
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and project management in a fast-paced events environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in audiovisual equipment and software, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of translating client objectives into innovative audiovisual solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
