Job Description:
- After-sales Technical Service: Provide technical service to customers.
- Commissioning: Commission Product/Component for new installations.
- On-site Support: Offer technical support and address process-related problems.
- Coordination: Liaise between HQ/Manufacturing and Customer on product performance and complaints.
- RMA Matters: Handle Returned Material Authorization issues.
- Sales Support: Accompany Sales team on joint calls when needed.
- Customer Assistance: Help corporate customers with applications/processes.
- IT Support: Provide internal IT support at Exhibitions/Trade Shows.
- Ad-hoc Assignments: Assist and coordinate as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related discipline with 1 year of working experience.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge in MS Windows Operating Systems, IT desktop support, etc.
- Training: Will be provided.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Awareness: Develop product/application knowledge.
- Proficiency: Microsoft Office.
- Attitude: Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
