Job duties:
- Managing to reduce vehicle main material cost
- Conducting approval and verification of parts supplied based on Initial sample Inspection report (ISIR)
- Performing quality check for approved parts on regular basic
- Inspecting based on cycle of each part class
- Find out defects when doing warehouse inspection for incoming & outgoing raw materials and subsidiary materials to mange defect incurred in assembly line
- Dealing with suppliers to manage claims, correction costs issues, and line suspension costs
- Provide problem analysis and improvement module and subparts
- Monitoring and improving quality in module assembly process
- Making quality analysis for finished vehicle, drafting improvement plans and evaluate its effectiveness
- Developing conformity of module assembly process quality system
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quality management/Engineer or higher
- 2 to 5 quality control technician experience in automotive, electric motorbike, or aerospace industry
- Exposure in 3D measuring and equipment management
- Knowledge in quality system inspection and statistical process control
- Experience in import and export from PSA is a preference
Working location: Jurong
Working timing: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
