Job Responsibilities:

• To play a pivotal role in executing "Sustainability focused 'Connect & Develop' incubation projects".
• To research, develop & collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technological excellence.
• Develop solutions in sustainability focus areas such as Net Zero, Circular economy, and Well Being.
• Contribute to patent filings and intellectual property development.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing, and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery within project timelines, budgets and Quality metrics.
• Engage with startups, research institutions and industry experts.
• Represent Yokogawa at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
• Publish white papers and represent in conferences.

Education:

• Graduate Degree or above in Engineering, Science or Management

Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in technology development, research, or innovation in sensing, control and optimization.
• Proven track record of proposing / executing successful R&D grant projects and Research collaborations.
• Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work
• Experience in handling lab scale and industrial pilot projects.
• Experience in New ventures, Small business growth, Start ups is a plus.
