Responsibilities:

• Communicate with internal technology support teams and ensure program objectives, expected outcomes and execution methodology are understood clearly.
• Track the progress by timeline for internal applications to achieve the program outcome and assist to resolve external blockers.
• Identify and track inter-dependencies and external dependencies for timeliness and deliverables.
• Work closely with Change Management team to ensure timely change management communications across the bank.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and maintain program level RAID log. Actively communicate to technology teams and program stakeholders on the progress.
  
  Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in application development and support preferably with modern frameworks and practices (DevOps, SRE and Cloud technologies).
• Demonstrated clear communication, customer obsession, creativity, decisiveness and critical thinking in past experience.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management
• Knowledge of Office 365 and program / project management tools
