Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support for marketing campaigns in acquire and maintain customer base
• Assist to generate new tele-sales outsource partner according to company's need
• Manage both in-house and outsource tele-sales partners
• Perform follow up service to customers regarding to online orders submission
• Engage with customers via live chat and provide assistant related to online purchases
• Identify customer's needs and suggest suitable plans or services to them
• Responsible to handle sales leads from various platforms

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a professional education qualification in any field
• No experience required as training provided
• Sales-oriented, customer service oriented, independent and a team player
• PC literate

Other Information:

• Location: MacPherson (Hybrid)
• Retail hours, 5 days work week
• Salary up to $2200 + Commission
