Temp - Customer Service, Outbound Call

You will be working on Out-bound calls within a friendly working environment.

This is not a selling role. You will be talking to customers about their hiring plan in the next quarter.
You need to computer literate and have an excellent telephone manner, happy talking to people all day with an enthusiastic approach.

Job Responsibility:

• 
  You will be making Out-Bound calls to customers
  * You will be required to speak to customers about their hiring plan in the next quarter and record/update the information into the system
  * You will be required to interacting with multiple stakeholders with an enthusiastic & positive approach
  * This is NOT a selling/sales role

Requirements:

• 
  Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  * Good telephone etiquette
  * Able to commit to the temporary work duration (for 3 weeks; from 15 July 2019)
