Working Location: 29 Ubi Road 4, Dickson Auto Center.

Duration of Assignment: The period tentatively is from now to 31st Aug.

Working Hours and Days: 8.30am - 5.30am with 1 Hr unpaid Break

Work attire: Smart Casual with covered shoes

Job Scope:

  • Assist the team on tasks in the work packages (e.g. Courier) and coordination of shipments IN & OUT
  • Required to help in the preparation of the custom declaration.

Requirement

  • Prefer to had Logistics and shipping experiences (min 2 years in shipping industry).
  • Required to have experience in handling shipping documentation, including creating and maintaining necessary paperwork for outgoing shipments, as well as using system(SAP) track inventory, shipments, and stock levels etc.
