Job Scope:

• Perform high quality manual testing and automated testing in Cash Management (Payment, Remittance, Corporate Internet Banking)
• Drive consistency and standardization in test planning, test cases definition and execution and test management and reporting
• Design and execute effective test plan
• Define and track test metrics to drive quality improvement
• Formulate End to End scenario across applications.
• Define test cases, test suites and test data for execution
• Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements for all test type
• Execute the assigned test cases as per time allocated by the lead/manage
• Accurate testing results verification & logging, and correct defect classification as per defined standard
• Communicate with technical and non-technical resources and work with limited direction while being highly productive
• Analyze test results and any other test related issues that arise during project's test phase
• Assist the project team in issue resolution to meet the requirements and timeline
• Provide Test Progress reports to stakeholder and Project teams

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in IT or any related field
• At least 5 years' experience writing test cases and test execution
• At least 5 years' experience in testing complex application with multiple interfaces
• Test Execution with open mind and utilize tools to improve efficiency
• Open to work in challenging conditions like tight timeline and off hours
• Experience in Requirements Analysis
• Experience in Cash Management/Payment, Internet Banking, Remittance is a plus
• Experience with Test Automation
• Experience in AS400 base application is a plus
• Experience of complete software development lifecycles - waterfall and agile project experience
• Sound understanding of retail banking and knowledge and application of banking technology and regulations/compliance
• HP Quality Center for Test Cases and Defects Management
• HP Quick Test Pro (Functional Testing)
• HP LoadRunner (Performance Testing)
• Hands-on experience with Confluence & JIRA
