Principle Accountabilities:
You will perform day to day Import, Export operations, data input, scanning, filing and any ad-hoc duties
Achieve customer satisfaction while minimizing the occurrence of operational risks
Accurately check/process transactions within turnaround time
Attend to customer enquiries on Import/Export matters in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure adherence to Sanction compliance, AML, and any local regulations
Contribute to creation of a high-performance culture and engaged team through effective collaboration
Skills/ Attributes:
Degree/ Diploma holder in any relevant disciplines
Knowledge of international trade rules and guidelines, and incoterms technical trade knowledge and familiar with international standards such as UCP 600, ISP 98, URC522 ISBP and URR525 latest version is good to have
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Customer oriented and a Can-Do attitude
Capable of working effectively under pressure ad tight deadlines
Good team player, systematic, analytical, and meticulous
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
