Job Description

• Act as "Division expert" in Trade Finance and pro-actively assist the Commercial Management organization in related contractual issues
• Manage LCs, bank guarantees and other related documents such as issuing insurance policies and certificates of origin separately if needed
• In cooperation with the organization Credit Controller secure that customer agreements are in line with the credit policy
• Credit risk assessment of customers and countries in cooperation with the Credit Controller
• Liaise with Regional sales representative and organization's factory on customer's delivery arrangement.
• Other order process system maintenance related to Trade Finance and invoicing, such as blocking and unblocking orders depending on e.g. advance payments and L/C status

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and experience in handling documentary credit such as Letter of Credit and Bankers' Guarantee
• Experience in communicating with banks on bank lines and Trade Finance issues
