Our client is further expanding their operations and are looking for trade operations analysts to join them to manage the ANZ market. The successful candidate can look forward to joining a recession-proof company, with a strong training and development programme.
Your key responsibilities in this role are:
- Management of control and governance goals within international trade operations
- Key import and export operations, and supply chain optimization
- Management of 4PL vendors, including KPI and scorecard tracking and optimization, as well as issue resolutions
- Data analysis and report generation to champion savings and service improvement projects
What we are looking for:
- Singapore citizen, with a minimally a Diploma qualification
- 3-5 years of working experience in the import/export industry, with experience interfacing with customs/industry brokers/suppliers
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport
- Strong problem-solving skills, and a process-driven approach towards work
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), and SAP
- Available within a short notice
