Overview
The role is to monitor and provide technical support for the existing software applications and identify and implement automation opportunities. You will be working closely with the global operations team and will have exposure to all aspects within an investment management organization.
Role
- Provide support for various trading applications
- Execute and monitor data loads using BMC Control-M, Informatica PowerCenter
- Monitor support queues and ensure tickets are dealt with accordingly
- Support batch job process scheduled across all time-zones
- Maintain the applications hosted in the current infrastructure set up
- Play a role in the automation of the current application support processes
About You
- Considerable experience working in a Production or Application Support environment
- Experience of working within a Financial Markets organisation with solid support experience
- Proactive and self-driven work style, and a good team player
- Experience from scripting and automation would be an advantage
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
