Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute various Cognitive Banking strategic initiatives or events
- Well versed in Programming and able to use AI/ML for new business opportunities or hyper-personalization
- Assist in the creation of data propensity models and use cases
- Data driven to perform Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis and derive actionable insights
- Support marketing & service campaigns
- Ideation and design of smart and thoughtful customer interactions
- Campaign execution and performance monitoring
- Lead and engage stakeholders to analyze working processes, data points and identify gaps or inefficiencies
- Support delivery of project initiatives and escalate potential risks or delay if any
- Oversee project or journey deliverables and monitor actual results for iterations
Qualifications & other requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or in related majors
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in Banking Industry
- Experienced in programming skills - Phyton, R, etc to develop use cases
- Well versed in quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills
- Expressive, able to engage and influence stakeholders
- Creative and passion for customer experience
- Self-driven to ensure tasks are executed by stipulated timeframe
