Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive UAT & Defect Management Analyst to support testing and defect resolution activities for system enhancements and fixes. The role involves close collaboration with users and technology teams, as well as participation in live verifications during non-standard hours, including weekends and early mornings.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in defect management, including coordination with users and tech support teams for resolution.
  • Plan, coordinate, and collaborate with stakeholders on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Live Verification (LV) for defect fixes and regression testing.
  • Prepare, execute, and document test cases during UAT and LV phases.
  • Create and maintain system parameters based on user requests.
  • Participate in selected system enhancement or process improvement initiatives.
  • Support LV activities during weekends and early hours when required.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in UAT coordination, software testing, or project coordination roles.
  • Good experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for test data validation and analysis.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel for data preparation and reporting.
  • Exposure to Project Management tasks or coordination activities.
  • Background in call center operations would be good to have.
  • Excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and non-standard shifts for live verifications.
