We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage medium-to-large multi-functional UAT projects on a global scale, ensuring their successful delivery in alignment with major release events. - Lead and project manage simultaneous UAT projects, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in end-to-end customer journeys, business processes, and systems, enabling you to drive innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive UAT strategies that maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster robust and trusted relationships with partners involved in UAT, facilitating seamless collaboration and driving project success.
- Plan, organize, and manage activities and tasks throughout the UAT planning and execution phases.
- Provide forward-thinking guidance and direction in ambiguous situations, ensuring project goals are achieved.
- Maintain open communication with the extended team, ensuring all key issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Lead the selection and management of test resources, leveraging industry best practices to ensure project success.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of UAT management processes.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in UAT and project management, demonstrating your ability to handle complex projects successfully.
- Proficient technical acumen, enabling you to quickly grasp intricate integrated systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Project Lifecycle and its various stages.
- Exceptional skills in identifying, articulating, and managing UAT risks.
- Ability to foresee downstream impacts and proactively address them.
- Proven track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, acting as a valued advisor and collaborator.
- Proficiency in interacting with diverse technical and business teams.
- Effective combination of critical thinking and hands-on execution.
- Good facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for organizing and conveying information clearly.
