Location: Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (Near Yishun)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Contract Duration: ASAP (until the end of April 2025)

The primary responsibility is to conduct on-site observations at hospital, shadow healthcare users, identify challenges faced, and provide assistance accordingly.

• On-the-job training will be provided to familiarize with the role, including the necessary details and daily reporting of tasks to the Points of Contact (POCs).
• Attend to public enquiries & assisting at self-help kiosk if needed
• Other ad hoc duties as assign by POCs
  
  Requirements:
• Comfortable to communicate with people
• Ability to apply logical thinking to understand and address the challenges faced by healthcare workers in their daily roles.
• Long standing / walking
