Responsibility
Organizing user tests and User Interviews, participating in the moderation, observation and note taking of each session.
Conducting desktop research to analyse market landscape and competitor products.
Analyzing raw data from different sources such as interviews or surveys and turn them into actionable insights for the development team.
Participating in the write-up of user research reports, research brief.
Preparing collaborates and summary for internal communication.
Helping the User Research team in developing best practices in terms of research toolkit and processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, Communication, Information Science or related field.
Familiar with quantitative analysis using excel and SPSS. Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Qualtrics is a bonus.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
