Responsibilities:
- Define and measure UX goals collaboratively, working with designers, researchers, and product managers.
- Conduct empirical research using surveys and experiments to understand user behavior.
- Manage survey systems and platforms, upgrading for improved quantitative research capabilities.
- Analyze behavioral and subjective data, providing actionable insights for product design improvements.
- Generate clear reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Support research team operations, coordinating and moderating activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, informatics, business, statistics, or related field.

- Relevant experience in product and market research or applied research settings.
