Job duties:

• Conducting validity of lifecycle document and reports complied with standards, policies & procedures, guidelines
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygienic conditions for workplace
• Recording standard operation procedure and work instruction for equipment activities
• Follow ISO procedures, GMP, and other requirements to support equipment functioning
• Performing preventive maintenance procedures to avoid equipment failures
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to adequately troubleshoot equipment
• Ensuring inventory control of equipment tools and parts
• Providing training for operators

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechanical Mechatronics/Control or relevant
• 3 to 6 years hands on maintenance experience for pharmaceutical equipment and related mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Understanding of practical and theoretical requirement of validation program in GMP facility
• Knowledge PDCA, Fish bones, Lean Six Sigma, written skills in AutoCAD, Flow chart and programing is a preference
