Job scopes:

• Manage and operate in receipt and dispatch function dealing with internal and/or external customers, including responsibility for ensuring accurate and secure loading/unloading of all precious items in the vaults
• Assisting with frequent stock takes
• Ensuring all transactions are billed promptly
• Ensuring day-to-day vault transactions are completed with 100% accuracy
• Understanding the SOPs and strictly following all instructions before executing
• Carry out daily vault audits, identifying and investigating discrepancies
• Manage health and safety issues and ensure all staff are able to work in a safe manner
• To provide strong leadership for the vault team and to develop the skills and competencies of officers

Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in logistics / import and export
• Good communication and coordination skills
