- To be overall responsible accounting structure of organization's key business including in Singapore and in China Market
- To oversee forecasting, cash management, budgeting and market analysis in order to achieve organization's key objectives
- To support organization's fund raising and to work closely with Senior Management to achieve objective
- To be in charge of credit control and assess credit worthiness of clients
- To advise on provision on bad debts
- To review work process and identify possible gaps and to recommend work process improvement and to make recommendations to facilitate informed business decisions
- Responsible for annual audit exercise, corporate tax filing and deferred tax computation
- To assist in ERP System implementation and IPO process
Requirements
- Min 6 years of relevant experiences
- Willing to travel to key business units in Asia
- Familiar with Chinese accounting standard and international accounting standard
- Experiences in ERP System implementation and IPO process
