We are looking for immediate candidates to join our client in this golden full time opportunity.
The Role:
- Provides the highest level of hands-on, customised service within committed timelines
- You will assist customers to coordinate and liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Communicate with clients over the telephone and through written communication
- A clear understanding culture and needs of customers ensure proper handling on requests and correct information recorded on CRM database profiling
- Able to research and source for information & solutions
- Reviewing customer feedback to continuously improve service
- Work schedule requires shift work (5 days out of 7 days)
About You:
- Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
- The ability to work autonomously with excellent time management, administration and organisational skills
- Professional manner with a strong aptitude for following up with clients to resolve issues
- The ability to develop effective business relationships and work positively within a team environment
- Prior experience handling booking of travel arrangements, or prior contact centre experience preferred
