Job Scope:

• Assist and report to ensure smooth running of daily operations
• Perform dispatch duties which include sending equipment / parts for repair to designated vendors / service centres / manufacturers
• Check and ensure that the repair equipment / parts are correct before collection
• Assist in hand-carry or delivering equipment or parts to the project site
• Plan and schedule delivery of items and equipment according to project requirements
• Assist for receiving and sending materials which may include loading / unloading trucks, verifying and acknowledging delivery orders, preparation of delivery orders / packing list and essential paperwork for deliveries to customers or shipping companies
• Receiving of goods and preparation of paperwork according to Company's procedures.
• Checking of goods from return shipment to ensure that equipment return matches the packing list
• Clean and store the equipment back to the correct location
• Prepare and maintain records of goods received
• Packing of goods / equipment, prepare and maintain records of goods sent
• Assist warehouse on stocks tagging (barcode)
• Data entry for printing of barcode
• Maintain Company cleanliness and take responsibility to keep the workplace tidy and clean
• To ensure smooth collection and delivery of goods to/from various locations around Singapore
• Company vehicle will be provided for delivery purposes
• Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Hardworking, possess a positive work attitude
• Candidate are required to handle heavy event equipment of 20-30 kg
• Has a safety conscious mind set
• Team player and self-driven
• Good communication skills
• Forklift driving licence is goot to have

Additional Information:

• Salary - S$2K per month + overtime pay
• Contract duration: 6-month contract to perm
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Working environment: Non air-conditioned
• Location: Changi North Street 1, 500m to the nearest bus stop
