Job Description

• Build a rapport with guests to understand their wellness aspirations and tailor their well journey based on their individual needs, preferences, and health goals.
• Familiarize with organization's products and services (wellness therapies, remedies, antidotes, etc.) and provide recommendations and educating guests about the treatments and processes.
• Supervise the therapy process to ensure therapy is executive accurately and ensure guests feels supported and comfortable.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback on therapy sessions and offer additional services that could enhance their experience.
• Respond to any concerns/inquiries.
• Provide insightful tours of organization's facilities, sharing the benefits and features of organization's services.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, nutrition, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse individuals
• Certification or background in health coaching, nutrition, or fitness is advantageous.
• Comfortable to perform retail hours and weekends
