Job Scope:

• Understand and apply Workday methodologies to conduct and support working sessions with the clients. These sessions will include gathering, understanding, and analyzing the business requirements to create design documents.
• Configure Workday, including but not limited to business processes, validations, worktags, and reports.
• Provide support to end-users by investigating reported issues.
• Provide and test the fixes, and deploy the final product into production.
• Involved in change requests and responsible for requirements gathering, designing, building, testing, and deploying the changes.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience and extensive knowledge in Workday Financials and Workday Finance Essentials.
• Experience or familiarity with 1 or more Workday Finance modules such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or Record to Report or the corresponding modules in other ERP systems.
• Familiar with common business scenarios, financial reporting, and business cycles like financial year closing.
• Relevant experience in Application Management Services.
• Experience in other Workday modules will be a plus, preferably in Adaptive Planning.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
