We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday's Recruiting module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Workday Recruiting functionalities to enhance compensation planning and execution. You will also work with technical teams-including data and integration specialists-by providing functional inputs and validating test scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Workday Recruiting module.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday Recruiting best practices.
- Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, and translate needs into Workday configurations while maintaining documentation.
- Configure Workday Recruiting business processes, including compensation plans, grades, pay ranges, merit cycles, and allowances.
- Set up security roles, reporting tools, and dashboards in Workday.
- Collaborate across functional teams to ensure seamless business process integration.
- Work closely with data and integration teams, offering functional input, validating test cases, and troubleshooting issues.
- Conduct system testing-including test case preparation, execution, and defect resolution.
- Deliver end-user training and create supporting documentation.
- Stay current with Workday updates and recommend process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding the team, making key decisions, and providing regular updates to the PMO.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- With 3+ years of experience working with Workday Recruiting.
- Excellent knowledge of Workday Core Compensation configurations, workflows, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Workday security, business processes, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven record of team collaboration.
