Job Scope:

• Understand and apply Workday methodologies.
• Conduct or support working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Create functional designs, process designs (including scenario design, flow mapping).
• Demonstrate design options and functionality using prototyping.
• Stay on top of new innovations provided by Workday for applications at our clients.
• Configuration of designs, demonstrate to client and validate.
• Contribute to design of integrations to/from other systems.
• Support testing, fixing of errors and deployment.
• Work directly with the client on change request (CR), gather requirements, design and/or implement technology best practices and business changes to technology with business strategy and goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in Workday integration.
• Coding experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML, XSLT.
• Advanced working knowledge in Workday Benefits, Workday Business Process Framework & Design, and Workday Foundation Data Model Organization Management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
