Responsibilities:

• Repair and overhaul of high-tech precision vacuum pumps at component level
• Read assembly drawings for servicing and overhaul operations
• Align or position components required for assembly by manual placement or using hoist
• Appraise and troubleshoot on mechanical and/or electronic products
• Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested
• Repair, rework or replace any damaged parts or assemblies
• Use measuring instruments, such as gauges, calipers or micrometers to verify conformance of parts in accordance with repair specification
• Ensure proper documentation of service reports and other records
• Perform daily Hands-on workshop activities as required

Requirements:

• ITC/NTC/Diploma qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, preferably with 1-2 years of Assembly experience in mechanical repairs
• Experience reading assembly drawings
• Perform and deliver under pressure with tight deadlines when necessary
• Ability to perform physical functions to include lifting (5 to 20kg)
