- Able to work in Jurong

- Office clerical support including handling calls,
- General data entry, sorting of mails, document filings
- Assist in preparation of documentation for department
- Scheduling meetings, appointment and expenses claim for Engineer team
- Other Ad hoc assignment assigned by Supervisor
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, any field.
- Proficient with MS OFFICE
- 1-2years of general office admin functions or NO EXPERIENCE WELCOME TO APPLY!!
- 12 MONTHS CONTRACT (Renewable basis)
