Job Description:

• Establish a budget management system tailored to the company's requirements.
• Implement a cost data system, conduct timely and effective cost analysis, and offer support for enterprise management and decision-making.
• Identify operational process issues, propose viable solutions, and champion their implementation.
• Develop a refined management system aligning with the enterprise's development needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Possess over 4 years of experience in financial, tax, or comprehensive budget roles within manufacturing companies.
• Familiarity with enterprise management operational systems and performance appraisal.
• Skillful in management reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and enforce expense management policies and procedures.
• Review and authorize expense reports.
• Analyze expense data to discern trends.
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide training on expense management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with expense management policies.
